Some risks are of a general nature, but others will need to be considered against more specialised legislation such as; Management of Health and Safety at Work Regulations; Noise at Work Regulations; Control of Substances Hazardous to Health Regulations (COSHH) and Manual Handling Operations Regulations to name a few.
